- Avion provides design services to customers who need help in designing and/or specifying a drive system for their application. We can do this for single components as well as an entire gear-drive system or sub-system. We provide a range of services from concept, analysis and design, to prototype construction and testing, to manufacture and certification of flight parts.
- Most commonly, our customers utilize our manufacturing, assembly, and testing services in order to receive fully tested and certified gearboxes or drive systems which can be integrated into the final assembly of their end product. This ensures customers do not have costly delays with typical issues that can arise from imperfect gearboxes – excessive noise, vibration, and heat from friction, to name a few.
- Our solutions offering is comprehensive – gears to gearboxes and electro-mechanical actuation systems. We have the experience, skill and equipment to assess the design, manufacturability and operational expectations of the system.
- We use the latest software technology, advanced tools, and highly experienced professionals, to help with generating concepts, helping the design process, resolving fit and functional issues, rapid prototyping, assembly and testing, and finally full-scale production roll out.
